What You may expect from the retreat

Time to switch on inside

In order to switch on inside we need to switch on outside - get away from our daily routine, dare to switch off our mobile phone, and properly rest...  We will make sure  to leave enough time gaps that you can fill with whatever you like or leave just empty - Find out more about Gozo

Our Schedule

Arrival Day:

  • Individual Arrival until early evening, getting settled in

  • Welcome dinner (depending on arrival time of all guests)

 

​2nd, 3rd, 4th day, 6th day, 7th day:

  • 08.00h-09.30h Yoga session

  • 09.30h-10.00h Breakfast

  • ​11.00h / 11.30h Departure to freediving site, lunch snack and drinking water included

  • 16.00h / 16.30h Return to the guesthouse

5th day: 

  • 08.00h-09.30h Yoga session

  • 09.30h-10.00h Breakfast

  • Rest of the day available to explore the island and for a proper rest.

  • Optionally you can book a massage treatment.

  • Bicycle rental is available, too.

Departure Day:

  • Individual breakfast, depending on your departure time

  • Optional another free yoga session if time and interest

  • Individual departure or stay on

Dinner is served on 5 evenings.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements, allergies or food preferences in your booking inquiry.
We will make sure to provide you with what you can and want to eat. :-)

Exception: Meals will be Vegetarian (no meat).

The dinner will be served by Ana. However, we will do the rest of the dishes once she has left.

Further Elements:

Additionally we will include presentations and discussions about some fascinating freediving facts, exercises for equalization training, and additional breathing exercises. These elements will be chosen according to your interest, time and requirements.

 

Timings:

All timings are approximate and subject to change. Each yoga class will be 1.5 hours.
Some times we might choose for a shorter session in the morning and include another relaxing one in early evening.
This might be yin yoga, yoga Nidra or a meditation.
The freediving sessions might include a break in between with a water time of 1.5 to 2 hours
